A New Era Begins in Cruise Travel with MSC World America
MSC Cruises, one of the world's leading cruise companies, is once again reinforcing its leadership in the sector by launching its new-generation flagship, MSC World America. Equipped with the latest technology, the ship combines European elegance with American comfort, while offering new standards in sustainability, innovation and guest experience. Officially launched with a ceremony held in Miami, MSC World America will bring a new breath to cruise tourism with its voyages to begin in the Caribbean.
MSC Cruises introduced its new flagship, MSC World America, which has been eagerly awaited worldwide, with a magnificent ceremony held at the new MSC Miami Cruise Terminal, the world's most advanced cruise terminal.

The ceremony, which took place on April 9, began with the famous actress Drew Barrymore cutting the ribbon with a traditional maritime tradition of breaking a bottle on the bow of the ship and naming the ship, while Orlando Bloom, who played a role together in MSC Cruises’ “Let’s Holiday” campaign, also accompanied her.
The prestigious award, which was officially presented to MSC World America by the Classification Society Bureau Veritas for its 20-year commitment to health, safety and environmental protection, stands out as an indicator of MSC Cruises’ commitment to the highest international standards in the cruise industry.

MSC World America Sets New Standards in the Cruise Experience
The new state-of-the-art flagship, the second ship of MSC Cruises’ World Class prototype, ushers in a new era in the cruise experience with redesigned areas, entertainment and food and beverage concepts. The ship appeals to travelers seeking adventure around the world with its structure that blends MSC Cruises’ elegant European design with North American comfort.

MSC World America will also be the first ship in the MSC Cruises fleet to consist of seven regions. Each of these areas, which offer different atmospheres, facilities and experiences, will allow guests to choose their own holiday experiences and make the most of their time on board.

MSC World America stands out with its structure spread over 22 decks, a hull wider than 47 meters, 2,614 cabins and common areas exceeding 40,000 square meters.
