Selectum Junior World Cup Antalya Champions Announced

The second of the international youth tournament Selectum Junior World Cup Antalya, which hosted Antalya's football excitement, ended with a magnificent award ceremony. The organization, which was held under the auspices of the Antalya Governorship and hosted by the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, went down in the records as the largest children's football organization that brought together Europe's elite teams. Within the scope of Selectum JWCA 2025, matches were played on 30 grass fields simultaneously and a total of 360 matches were played in one day.

The tournament, which started in the Belek tourism center and the final matches were played at the Titanic Mardan Stadium in the Aksu district, was the scene of unforgettable moments where young talents were showcased. The organization, which took place on the final day with the participation of all teams in a World Cup closing festival atmosphere, provided an unforgettable experience for the participants by also including the excitement of April 23.

Football Marathon of 360 Matches on 30 Fields

The organization, which attracted great interest from teams from a wide geography ranging from Papua New Guinea to the Turkic Republics, from Portugal to Qatar, created a great impact not only for football fans but also for sports tourism. As part of Selectum JWCA 2025, matches were played on 30 grass fields simultaneously and a total of 360 matches were held in one day. During the program, which lasted from 09:00 in the morning to 21:00 in the evening, a true football marathon took place between the fields in the Serik and Belek regions. Approximately 120 buses and dozens of vehicles were mobilized to transport young football players in the U9-U15 age categories. The teams played three matches each day, experiencing a challenging but exciting experience.

5 Continents, 28 Countries, More than 3,000 Young Football Players

28 countries from 5 continents participated in the tournament, which was held for the second time this year. More than 300 teams and more than 3,000 young football players competed fiercely. One of the most notable teams of the organization, Dynamo Moscow, achieved significant success by winning the championship in both the U-13 and U-14 categories. Stuttgart reached the top in the U-15 category. Antalyaspor, representing Turkey, became champions in the U-11 category and came in second in the U-12 category.

A Football Fair Atmosphere

A football fair atmosphere was created for the child football players staying at Selectum Hotels&Resorts hotels.
