Celestyal reorganizes its popular Arabian Gulf program
Celestyal is reorganizing its 'Iconic Arabia' voyages for 2025 after a successful first season in the Arabian Gulf. Celestyal, which will complete its first Arabian Gulf season in March, has announced its itinerary for the new season. The 1,360-passenger Discovery ship will be added to the region for the 3 and 4-night 'Iconic Arabia' voyages to be held at the end of the year. The Celestyal Arabian Gulf program, which is very popular and popular with cruise travelers, is being redesigned according to guest feedback and demands. The program will include additional stops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha. Ras Al Khaimah will be added to the itinerary as a new port of call.
The weekend tours will offer the opportunity to experience beach fun and wildlife safaris on Sir Bani Yas Island; and to discover the contemporary life where tradition and modernity intertwine, along with luxury shopping and futuristic skyscrapers in Doha. Prices for these 3-night Iconic Arabia tours start at 309 Euros per person.
The other 4-night route departing from Abu Dhabi, starting on Mondays with the Discovery ship, will cover Doha and Oman. These weekday trips will include Dubai (via Ras Al Khaimah) and then Khasab, the quiet coastal port in Oman. This route starts at 389 Euros per person.
Tours will continue for 3 years
At the end of the year, the much-loved ‘’Desert Days’’ program, which also includes the Grand Prix, will be offered to guests again, thus Celestyal will continue its programs in the region for 3 years. From December to March, 7-night, 3- and 4-night Arabian Gulf routes will continue to meet travelers for three consecutive seasons with both ships.
Lee Haslett, Celestyal’s Chief Commercial Officer, commented on the first season in the Arabian Gulf: “We aim to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are constantly taking into account their feedback and that of the travel agent community. Following the huge success of our first season in the Arabian Gulf, we have a better understanding of what our guests and partners want to see and we are excited to make these changes in response to their feedback. Since launching our winter Arabian Gulf itineraries, we have been delighted by the positive response and growing interest in exploring this magnificent region. Our guests have told us that they love iconic destinations such as Dubai, Doha and Abu Dhabi, as well as lesser-known ports that Celestyal includes in its famous exploration routes, such as Sir Bani Yas Island and Khasab. We are renowned for our destination-focused and port-intensive journeys, so we have revamped our 2025 itineraries to allow our guests to spend more time in their favourite ports, as well as adding the magnificent Ras Al Khaimah to the itinerary.”
Celestyal Turkey Director Özgü Alnıtemiz said, “The first Arabian Gulf program has also attracted attention in the Turkish market. Unlike many known tours in the region, we presented ourselves to our guests with a full content and our guests also experienced and discovered our difference, destination and discovery-oriented richness. I expect the Arabian Gulf programs that will continue for the next 3 years to attract even more interest. We have completed our winter programs and our preparations for the summer. We will host our guests in the Greek Islands program, a Celestyal classic. We are opening the Greek Islands season in March.”
