The “Yoga on the Pier” project, which has attracted great attention throughout the summer with the collaboration of Galataport Istanbul and leading yoga studio Cihangir Yoga, brings yoga enthusiasts together in a unique atmosphere in a historical venue overlooking the Bosphorus during the winter season. The event series, the first of which will be held on Saturday, January 4th at the Paket Postanesi, free of charge and open to everyone, invites participants to a holistic purification journey.

 

Galataport Istanbul, which has stepped into a long-term collaboration with Cihangir Yoga, is starting the winter season of the collective activity series called “Yoga on the Pier” between 08:00-09:00 on Saturday, January 4th at the Paket Postanesi under the sponsorship of Doğuş Otomotiv Plus. Bringing together more than 1000 yoga enthusiasts in a unique environment throughout the summer, “Yoga on the Dock” will provide unforgettable moments for healthy living enthusiasts for a total of five sessions, once a month in the new season.

 

In the program where yoga instructor Cenk Güldamlası will practically convey basic yoga poses and breathing techniques, participants will embark on a delightful journey to discover their true self. Offering free participation to people of all ages, “Yoga on the Dock” will allow people to store positive energy in the early hours of the morning.
