Campaign Conditions

• Miles will be earned only for new reservations between 04 March 2024 and 30 September 2024.

• You earn 2 Miles for every 1 Euro spent on reservations.

• Members are obliged to indicate their 9-digit Miles&Smiles membership number (e.g. TK123456789) during the reservation process in order to earn Miles from the cruise reservations mentioned above. Miles cannot be earned if the Miles&Smiles membership number is entered incorrectly or for reservations made without entering the Miles&Smiles number.

• To earn miles, the member must have completed the relevant cruise service. If the member makes a reservation and does not travel (no-show) or cancels the reservation, he/she cannot earn Miles.

• Miles are credited to the member's account within 4 weeks from the date the cruise ends.

• It is not possible to process your missing Miles retroactively.

• You will not earn Miles for your stays with special discounts.
