In the customer satisfaction survey conducted by SIA Insight every year, Setur became the company with the highest customer satisfaction with a value of 84.05 despite the challenging 2020 year due to the pandemic. One of Turkey’s leading tourism companies, Setur gave the highest satisfaction index value with the value 84,05 which is well above the sector average of 76.87 this year in the assessments for 2020, a last challenging year for tourism.
