How about a delicious fruit pizza befitting autumn. We feel the beauty that October brings to us in fruits. Damson plum is one of them. In this recipe, you can also decorate fruit pizza with damson plum. Let’s pass to the recipe.


For The Base

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 pack of vanillin

1 egg white

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 1/2 cups flour

For The Cream

1/4 cup butter

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Half a pack of vanilla

1 tablespoon of milk

1/2 cup whipped cream

For decoration

Chocolate chips




(Or any fruit you like :))


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Add the butter and sugar in a bowl and whisk with a whisk for 3 minutes. Then add the vanilla and egg. Continue whisking. Whisk until you have a dough.

Sprinkle the flour on the counter and start rolling your dough with the help of a rolling pin. Shape your dough with cookie molds in any shape you want. Put it in the oven and bake it for about 10 minutes. Make sure it does not turn to brown on top.

Stir the cream again. Make sure it is smooth. Finally, apply your cream on the base with a spatula and add your fruit slices on top. And your mini fruit pizza is now ready 🙂
