Now let me tell you how to make Caribbean Bread Pudding which is a Caribbean dessert.

Caribbean Bread Pudding (For 8 portions)

Ingredients

• 1/4-pound stale bread • 2cups hot milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons butter (melted) • 1 pinch of salt
• 1/2 cups raisins

• 4 1⁄2 teaspoons flour

Method:

First preheat the oven to 180 degree.

We grease the 9×9 or 8×8 pan and set aside.

We remove the crusts and set aside. We cut the remaining into cubes.

We pour the hot milk into a mixing bowl.

We put the breads on the bowl and soak them for 5-10 minutes.

We mix soaked bread cubes. And then we drain the excess milk.

We add the raisins and flour into the bread and milk mixture. After mixing for a couple of times, we add the other ingredients. And then we mix them well.

In the end, we take the bread mixture on the greased pan.

We cook it for about 40 minutes.
