Strawberry Cheesecake


For the Base

-200 grams of oatmeal biscuits

-4 tablespoons of melted butter

For Cream

-1 tablespoon of starch

-2 eggs

-1 lemon rind

-1 glass of sugar

-200 ml cream

-600 g cream cheese

-1 pack of vanillin


-200 grams of strawberries

-half tea glasses of water

-1 tablespoon of starch

-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar


Add cream cheese and cream into a large bowl and start whisking. Once smooth, add the lemon zest, sugar, egg, starch and vanillin.

– Set aside the cream you have prepared. And start making the cheesecake base. Put the greaseproof paper into the springform cake tin. Add the oatmeal biscuit filled with rondo and add the melted butter. With the help of a spatula, spread it on the biscuit mixture by pressing it firmly on its base.

– Add cream on the base and cook for 55 minutes at 160 degrees.

For sauce

– Add sliced ​​strawberries, water and sugar into the sauce pan. Then dissolve the starch in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of water and add it into the pan.

– Add the prepared sauce over the cheesecake and serve.
