Tabbouleh Salad
• ½cup fine bulgur
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 cup boiling-hot water
• 2 cups finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
• ½ cup finely chopped fresh mint
• 2 tomatoes,
• ½cucumber
• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• ¾teaspoon salt
• ¼teaspoon black pepper

We mix bulgur and 1 spoons of oil in a heat proof pot. We pour the hot water on it. And then we leave the bulgur to
rest for 15 min. We take the bulgur to another pot and add 2 spoons of oil and other ingredients and mix it and the salad is ready. I say you must definitely try this salad which is quite healthy and delicious. You can taste several different tastes in Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai. Especially you can find Falafel which is consumed in Abu Dhabi in most of the restaurant. It is one of the best meals of Middle Eastern cuisine.
