Instructions:

200 g ladyfinger

I WI a glass of espresso

2.5 cups of milk

200 gr creamy cheese

3 tablespoons of flour

3 tablespoons of granulated sugar

I pkt of vanillin

For the above:

Cocoa

  • Add milk, sugar, vanillin and flour in a pot to be heated and mix it smoothly. When it starts to boil, remove it from the stove and wait for it to warm. (15-20 minutes rest)
  • Then add creamy cheese into the warmed mixture and blend it smoothly. Dip ladyfinger into the coffee (if the amount of coffee is too much, you can add water) and add the custard mixture into the glass and continue until the glass is full.
  • At the end, sprinkle with cocoa and serve. Tiramisu Cup is ready 🙂
